We have taken many cases rejected by other lawyers and found creative ways to serve our clients in obtaining favorable results. We prepare each case as though it is sure to go to trial and are therefore properly positioned to settle cases when reasonable offers are received. If an offer is not reasonable we do not pressure our clients to take it. Insurance companies and defense insurance law firms know that we are prepared to take each case to trial and we believe this translates into better settlements for our client.      We also focus our attention in the area of professional negligence, sometimes called malpractice. We take cases against doctors, dentists, and lawyers who have failed to meet their professional standards and thereby have caused physical pain, mental anguish, and economic losses by their failures. This is a growing area of our practice and we anticipate handling many more cases of this nature around the State of Maryland. Most of these cases can be handled by the firm on a contingency fee basis, and the client does not pay any fee unless a recovery is made on their behalf.

     Additionally, the firm does represent small businesses and individuals in other civil matters and in resolving disputes and obtaining redress when they need our help either in mediation, arbitration or litigation. We accept most major credit cards for payment.

Our D.C. office is conveniently located near Metro and Mr. Goldberg will meet clients at a Starbucks near you if getting to our office presents any difficulty. By appointment only.
